It was interesting to find out that Orange cell phone company, a brand of France Telecom is extending it's network to the East. Yep, a GSM company from Republic of Moldova-Voxtel/ Tempo - became Orange Molodova. That's quite a move. The concession is valid for 15 years and the fee started "only" from 8 mln $.
